How do I make a purchase?

Shopping on the Crypto Luxury Boutique online store is easy: if you know what you are looking for, use the specific category links, such as ‘Shoes’, ‘Accessories’ section on the site. Once you have found an item, select your size and use the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the ‘Shopping Bag’ link at the top of the page. From the Shopping Bag, you can directly edit product details (color, sizes and quantities), remove them in case you’ve changed your mind or add products to your Wish List. Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All the products shown on our website are available, subject to restriction due to some special materials and applicable to some countries of dispatch. For the products not readily available, a pre-order service is available, which is marked with a special label on the product page.

Does the Crypto Luxury Boutique Online Store deliver to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes, use General Delivery or deliver to freight forwarding addresses

Does the Crypto Luxury Boutique Online Store ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address.

How will I receive my package?

The standard packaging is composed of a rigid black box which is sealed with black satin ribbon and personalized with the Crypto Luxury Boutique logo. For some product categories, there is an additional customised protective packaging, in which the item is wrapped. The items thus presented are packaged and delivered with an external Havana cardboard box.

How can I request my RAN (Return Authorization Number)?

Requesting your RAN (return authorization number) is very simple. If you are registered:

  • • Sign in to your account
  • • Go to the ‘Orders’ section
  • • Identify the order containing the item(s) you would like to return, click on the ‘Return Product’ button, and follow the method.

If you have placed an order but have not yet registered, visit Customer Service Section and press on Request RAN.

How soon can I get my order and how much will delivery cost?

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Orders’.

Where is my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day, those made thereafter will be shipped from our warehouse the next day. Estimated delivery times are to only be used as a reference, and we are not responsible for any delay caused by credit card payment authorization. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Orders’. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

I wish to be refunded!

You will receive your refund within 14 working days from the start of the return process at the warehouse and you will receive an e-mail notification. For orders cancelled prior to shipment, the refund will be made within 3 working days of the acceptance of the request at mentioned Cryptocurrency Wallet Address.

If your order has been shipped outside of the US,EU or ASIA, the taxes and customs duty cannot be refunded by us: you can contact your local Customs Office, they might help you recover those costs.

How i will return a product?

We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a free return within 15 days from delivery of the items, following these simple steps:

  1. Access the “Return Authorization” section on the website . To access the request form, simply enter your order number and the e-mail address used to place the order. Complete the online form with the information requested, including: the details of each item, the quantity of items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Attach the adhesive label received in the original package, which includes our return shipping address, to the outside of box. If the a shipping label is needed, please contact our Customer Service Team.
  3. Inside of the parcel you will have also received a Return Proforma Invoice, please fill it in, sign a copy and put it inside of the box. If you need a copy of the Return Proforma Invoice, you can download it here. If you are returning your package from outside the European Union, you will need to complete 4 copies. These documents are necessary for Customs clearance and have to be handed to the courier. Call the courier to schedule the collection of the parcel.
